I have reinstalled the game over 3 times now and restarted it soo many time it’s really getting on my nerve. I run as admin all the time and this dam script keeps running after the H&G SYNC runs. I would run the both the H&Gsync and the actual H&G game but still it wont work so i am stuck on the verifying game version screen everytime i go to play now.
Please make sure you run the hng.exe, hngsync and hnglaunchsteam all in administrator mode.

So I play H&G for now like half a year on steam, no problem, no bugs, but since yesterday I got this weird pop-up that says »Download error: ‘**Unable to update files, administrator rights needed**’ Please quit HNGSYNC and refresh your web browser and try again!
Anyone help me with this please?

This error showed up yesterday and prevent me from even logging in the game. I’ve been trying for hours to fix it with no success.
I’ve tried everything, uninstall and reinstall the game, verify integrity of game cache, delete/rename the currentfiles.txt, changing firewall settings, reset my internet. Nothing works.
So, I asked my friend, whose game is working normally, to send me a copy of his currentfiles.txt. I then replaced my file with his. It worked, partly, I can log in the game now.
It doesn’t solve the problem entirely. I can log in but I can’t play any match or even the first blood mission. «WRONG VERSION» showed up everytime I tried to get into a match.
These problems are very annoying. I can’t play the game anymore and I honestly have no idea what to do now.
Anyone with the same problem? Any solution or help would be really appreciated.
