problem with start_pos_
Hello. I have been learning modding for a little bit now and am now trying a more ambitious mod which adds a new starting faction to the game. I have used dave to edit many files to implement a new character, create the faction, set the colours, banners, starting items (several ceos files), political party, faction group, and start_pos files. I have so far edited start_pos_characters, start_pos_factions, start_pos_settlements, start_pos_settlment_to_characters, start_pos_victory_conditions, and start_pos_technologies. I ran the initial mod in bob for all the binary files for the Database and Ceos, then launched the game with the mod active. Then re-ran bob with the working_data for main_campaing to create the start_pos. Bob runs fine until it gets through the entire list then gives me this error:
«Startpos file not found after running the game!
Failed to restore original game startpos file! The original file is: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Total War THREE KINGDOMS/assembly_kit/binaries/../../data/campaigns/3k_main_campaign_map/startpos_backup_historical.esf»
That file directory does not exist in my binaries folder as there is only one folder in there and it has no sub folders. I have double and triple checked my start_pos files for errors and dependencies and am not finding any noticeable errors. Is it possible that this is not running because I am missing the necessary backup file. Or does this simply mean there is something missing somewhere in my tables. I have checked every variable in the nearly 40+ files that I have edited, and I am coming up empty handed for what could be wrong.

to simplify my question is whether this error indicates that my tables are incomplete or that I am missing a backup file.
I noticed in another mod that adds factions that the mod has scripts, text files, and maps for each faction. I was using a generic blank map for my faction. But did not have a script file or text file. Do i need to make these files for the start_pos to compile?

You have to edit the start position. Make it the same speed and vehicle as the portal behind it.

Go to settings, options, and go to offset. Be sure it’s at 0

Привязал карту к палке. Все ок! Одну из покупок оплатил.
Далее пытаюсь перейти ко второй оплате. нажимаю pay now перехожу на страницу палки, где просят ввести пароль для входа в систему. Ввожу правильно, выкидывает обратно на eBay с надписью

У меня такая же проблема сегодня всплыла.Закзывал мелочевку в BIC эту фигню написало.Подумал может прроблема сайта.Попробовал на DX заказать, то же самое пишет.Все верифицировано,куча покупок на ебее и в китайских магазинах.Написал палке в саппорт,пока молчат.
Добавлено спустя 48 минут 32 секунды:
Фиг поймешь что ему надо.Зашел на Ebay оплатил первый попавшийся лот за доллар,оплата прошла без проблем.Пошел на BIC платить,опять таже фигня.

Даже снять блокировку он не может. Но признается, что бывают и ложные срабатывания этой системы. Советует попробовать оплатить с другой карты, в другое время (попозже), а также убедиться, что платите находясь в своей стране пребывания (желательно со своего домашнего компа, с которого чаще всего выходите в PayPal).
Короче, это отписка. Этот сотрудник ничего не знает, ничем помочь не может. Вода.

I understand that you have tried several times to send the payment and
have been blocked by our internal security system.
Unfortunately, I can neither give you detailed information as to why our
security system has blocked this transaction nor am I able to override
or manually change the security settings.
Please understand that even though we always aim at processing all
transactions immediately we still have to take standard security
measures. We therefore employ complex statistical models to identify
transaction patterns that are out of the ordinary. This is similar to
the way banks and credit card companies work when approving individual
transactions. When a payment is blocked, this is not a reflection of you
or your account activities but rather fits a pattern we have observed in
the past to be associated with higher-than-normal risk.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and would like to ask
you to initiate the payment at a later date or use another funding

Господа посоветуйте как быть в такой ситуации:
Заказал товар на dealextreme.com (сумма около 152$, на счете доступно 153$), но при оплате в настройках Paypal была указана опция «Конвертировать средства при помощи PayPal для завершения транзакции с использованием валюты моей карты». Я оплату не сделал, просто закрыл страничку, и в настройках PayPal указал «Прошу выставлять мне счета в валюте, указанной в фактуре продавца»
Но теперь при оплате появляется сообщение «This transaction cannot be completed. » Я позвонил в свой банк (Промсвязьбанк) и объяснил ситуацию, девушка сказала что они видят эту сумму, но в рублевом эквиваленте, т.е. paypal сконвертировал и выставил счет в рублях как я понял. И мне просто не хватает денег чтобы оплатить, ну я денег доложил, теперь на счету 163$ и все равно при оплате пишет «This transaction cannot be completed. «.Так же обращался в суппорт paypal, вот ответ:

The system says the ID you uploaded was unsupported. Your passport appears to be a regional passport, rather than an international one. The difference being is that the international passport has identifying characters in both Cyrillic and Latin. The regional only has Cyrillic characters.
Please be aware that all forms of the following documents are not supported by Bittrex at this time, regardless of whether or not they appear on the list of accepted ID types provided by Jumio. Please use a different ID, such as an international passport, if you are in one of these countries:
ID_CARD NATIONAL_ID KOREA
ID_CARD NATIONAL_ID CHINA
ID_CARD PASSPORT_CARD_ID RUSSIA
DRIVING_LICENSE KOREA
DRIVING_LICENSE JAPAN
This error could occur because you did something slightly different than what was being asked or if you failed to sign your document in the signature section.
If you are uploading a document like a passport, the system may reject your document if you do not take a picture of the entire passport, especially if you fail to show the signature of bearer section.
