The first time this happened I was trying to install The Division. I left it downloading, two hours to go. Come back and my PC crashed (This NEVER happens normally). I restarted and was greeted with that screen. Ok, it’s a one off error I think. SO. I wait, 5 hours, finally I can log back in.

Yesterday, after experiencing lots of slow loading times and knowing I’ll play this a lot I decided to move the game to my SSD. Uninstalled the game, changed install location, started download. Nothing. The download is 0Kb/s. Closed Uplay. opened Uplay. ACCOUNT SUSPENDED. This time, it took TENHOURS to unsuspend the account. So, started the download, went to bed. Woke up and my PC had frozen again thanks to ****ty Uplay. Went to log in ACCOUNT SUSPENDED. My account is currently suspended with I suspect 10 hours until I can play again.

I’ve submitted a ticket but basically I haven’t been able to play all weekend thanks to this ****ty launcher. Seriously guys. I’ve used steam for over 12 years and never had issues like this. Being locked out from all my content just because of buggy programming is NOT ok. I was hoping to play The Division this weekend but bye to that plan. Thanks Uplay.

this program drives me crazy probably thats because i bought the game from steam.

I have exact same problem. It is really frustrating how can ruin some ridiculous program really good game.

Account suspended uplay что делать

Hey,
for over three weeks now Ubisoft’s algorhytms have decided that I cannot access my account via the normal means. 95 % of the time I am trying to access my account I don’t even get to the google authenticator stage and it says «you account has been suspended due to too many failed login attempts». I have yet to fail an attempt to type in my credentials.

Does anyone have solution to this?

I found quite a lot of people having the same issues past 2 years so it is not a new issue I guess yet I could not find an answer (nor did Ubisoft provide any in their useless faqs etc) so I decided to ask the community if they know of anything.

Does anyone have at least an explanation why are they doing this? Looking for anything that would progress my little investigation and hopefully end with a workaround since blocking people for no apparent reason is their feature I assume.

Most of the users have only dynamic IP address. I would dare to say 99% of Steam players have dynamic IP address.
For static one you would have to request one and pay additionally to your ISP. So that’s certainly not the case here. I don’t know why Ubi support said that in the first place. Completely pointless.

Have you tried to reset your router? Seems to me that the router could be the problem then? In case both wifi connections were over the same router, of course.

Dynamic IP address is not the problem for sure. Then we all would have this kind of problems. I am on dynamic IP as well. As I said, probably 99% of users have dynamic one.

That is strange, really. Have you tried to reinstall Ethernet drivers on your PC for the cable?

And one more tip I can give.
Go to adapter settings and for IPv4 set
(and set the one you already have).
You can check which one you have with cmd. Open cmd and type ipconfig and press Enter.

Insert the ones from Google.
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

Press OK, restart your PC and then try. If that doesn’t work, set everything back to default and on automatically.

EDIT:
Makes me wonder what would happen if you try to create new Ubisoft account, set everything up and then try to log in over the same network on your PC.

I finally found some time to get back into this, sorry for the delay. But first, let me thank you for your time and ideas, right now you’ve put more effort and ideas towards this than Ubisoft from what I can tell.

EDIT:
Makes me wonder what would happen if you try to create new Ubisoft account, set everything up and then try to log in over the same network on your PC.

I wondered that myself so from another machine on the same network (older laptop of mine) I created a brand new account, I filled in all the credentials and immediately after the very same message popped that my brand new account that noone tried (not even I yet) to log in to was suspended for too many false log in attempts and / or game activations. So my account is of no fault it seems, it seems it is all about my IP address.

Furthermore, yesterday I was able to log in normally on my 1st try. Earlier today, I was suspended again. So I tried to use VPN to log in and first one did not work (I use some random canadian one), but the second one did work and I got through (american VPN).

I havn’t tried to put in a concrete IP address in just yet, I will try it tomorrow when the log in fails again.

You needn’t to be sorry, really. At least someone care to help and I feel really grateful.

1.) I had that option set up. When all this started I switched it off thinking there might be some old password saved and that’s what causing the trouble. Now, I did not try to check that box back but I am almost sure it would not change a thing.
Btw all these troubles started when I clicked on AC2 giveaway few weeks back, but I already had that in my library. Now I have two and I wonder if that wouldn’t cause the issue (trying to activate a product that is already in the library). Might be just pure coincidence though.

Most likely a coincidence cause it wouldn’t block your newly created account then which doesn’t have any of the games that you activated on your main one.

I assume the same. And it should not be the case that you need to mess around with port forwarding and similar things.

If the current IP is a problem, try to change the IP address in IPv4 setting. (for an example, from 192.168.1.X to 192.168.1.Z) and follow the rest of procedure for public Google DNS.

That’s something that confuses me here. It’s almost like you have a middleman to request it for you multiple times before you even want to. That’s the reason I asked did you place «Remember me» again. And I don’t think you’re wrong here. And the only thing I can think of is VPN usage and maybe something got corrupted during the process, hence the failings. But if you didn’t use VPN before, VPN is irrelevant here then.
So maybe running Uplay launcher as an admin will do the trick?

Since you tried with different laptop and login is successfully managed when you are using mobile data, it really seems something is «wrong» with the router or your current IP address.

Сначала удостоверьтесь не блокируется ли Uplay вашей антивирусной защитой и брандмауэром Windows. Затем добавьте программу в исключения вашего антивируса и брандмауэра.

Порты Uplay

Одной из причин ошибки установки соединения бывает блокировка или занятость используемых Uplay портов внутри сети. Технология проброса портов позволяет обращаться из интернета к компьютеру за файерволом маршрутизатора.

Узнайте модель используемого маршрутизатора, модема или вай фай роутера и погуглите название, добавив к нему проброс портов или port forwarding в запрос поисковика.

Пробросьте порты, используя инструкцию. Uplay использует следующие порты:
TCP: 80, 443, 14000, 14008, 14020, 14021, 14022, 14023 и 14024.

Порты игр:
UDP: 3074 и 6015.

Отключение фоновых программ
